Lack of vitamins?

I believe that there's nothing in particular that I wanna blog about, actually.
It's just one of those days where you woke up, feeling the sudden impulse to turn on your PC
and start the day off by blogging.

I've been skipping my History and SS prelim papers for the past two days.
I don't have intentions of freezing my ass off for some unstudied test that I apparently
stand no odds of passing.

Holidays will commence as of this Friday.
That skeptically suggests the beginning of my studying scheme -_-"

The other night i've been reading up on vitamin deficiencies, which was what i'd suspected to be the cause of my perpetual drowsiness and occasional stomach cramps.
As things turned out, my research led me to the awareness of Pantothenic Acid ( otherwise known as vitamin B5 ), a water-soluble vitamin that's actually present in most um, shampoos and cosmetic products.

It seems that lack of vitamin B5 in our bodies causes minor symptoms such as fatigue, allergies, nausea, and abdominal pain.

On the other hand, Doctor Alan Ong ( ROFL ) suggests that purchasing such a supplement is unnecessary, and proper rest along with the correct diet will suffice.

Regardless of which proves to be the reason for my deteriorating health, i'm going to check it out at the departmental stores one of these days, and possibly purchase it if it's within my means for
experimental purposes.

Certainly sounds as if i've got nothing better to do in some sense... hahaha lol =.=

Don't pause me! >_>(lol)
