MY. ABDOMEN. HURTS. (this was actually mentioned in my blog a year ago during my CHEC days).
It's nothing as simple as gastric pains, though I don't have a clue as to what I'm suffering from.

The pain has been haunting me for years now.
I'll die by the age of 30, that's for sure-.-
